After years of study, I discovered how to develop the penis/clitoris and all parts of your body in general!
Exercise your ischiocavernosus muscle moving the muscle very slowly. After studying a lot about pelvic muscles, i figured out that ischiocavernosus and fundiform muscles are directly related to the penis/clitoris size. But to do this exercise you need to stretch your belly and move the ischiocavernosus very slowly. As you contract the ischiocavernosus, the fundiform muscle lengthens, and vice versa. The slower and more uniform the contraction and relaxation, the greater the result. maybe you'll feel your penis begin to pulse in and out for a little moment, this is normal, but try to make a fluid moviment. There's an yoga positions to do this, Bhujangasana pose, but in this pose, keep your legs bent as much as possible and your belly stretched as much as possible, and then perform the exercise very slowly. This will allow greater movement of the ischiocavernosus and fundiform muscles. These two muscles need to move as much as possible, hence the importance of doing them in this yoga position. I found some ancient photos of people doing this pose but with legs in the air stretching the belly, and in the Erotic Papyrus of Turin the men have a very huge penis around 70 centimeters. I doubt everyone has a super-giant penis like those genetically. Certainly they exercised for some years and got that size!.... I'm studying about penis for many years, since 2012, and tried everything u can imagine..... this is the most close i've ever got.., if i see i got results, i'll measure and share the results later.
